Please make sure to choose the correct shipping option at checkout. In the event that a "Florida Next Day Shipping" rate is chosen and livestock or product is instructed to be sent to a location outside of Florida, the order will immediately be placed until all shipping discrepancies are corrected.
At Aquatic Jewels we take customer satisfaction as well as the quality and health of our livestock extremely serious, working very hard to make sure all our Corals, Fish and Invertebrates are kept in the best possible condition not only while under our care but throughout its travels. Regardless of all possible procedures we might have in place, we understand that purchasing delicate high end Corals, Fish and Invertebrates on the web can come with its set of inherit fears for any saltwater enthusiast, thus in order to help in providing a little peace of mind all livestock come with an automatic "Arrive Alive Guarantee". In the rare event that any of our livestock does arrive DOA (Dead on Arrival) please follow our claim procedure below so that we can do everything possible to amend any unfortunate situations.
DOA Claim Procedure
-All claims must be sent via email to email@example.com within two hours of package arrival and must include;
- Detailed written description of how livestock was found
- Detailed written description of Shipping Carrier Box Condition
- Detailed picture of all DOA livestock inside unopened Aquatic Jewels fish bag
- Detailed pictures of Shipping Carrier Box Condition
Please Note that all DOA Livestock should be within the unopened and sealed Aquatic Jewels livestock bag(s) provided.
Any "open bag'" DOA claims will automatically be declined as we cannot assure any other external conditioned out of our control and care was responsible for the claim
Because of the complex procedures involved in properly packaging and shipping all our livestock, we cannot accept the return of any livestock.
